Descartes used the analogy of wax to critique empiricism. The senses inform us of the characteristics and properties of wax. But in changing the context of the object, to bring the wax to a flame, our comprehension is compromised. Information is revoked and our understanding of truth becomes intangible. 

Once static realities and fixed moments morph into new states and eventually forms. Conglomerate rearrangements of the same fixed particular values.
